it was my partner's birthday. little touches like banners and cake were added to the room! it. the staff secured my bicycle in an unbooked events room.
twice a housemaid entered the room despite the do not disturb sign on the door.

I found the room spacious. It was great value. brenda and babina at the restaurant gave excellent service. i appreciated their recommendations!
The sauna locker rooms needed more attention to cleanliness. The floors seemed dirty. the showers looked filthy too. i think more frequent cleaning would improve the experience considerably.

the room was quite warm the air conditioning was not working properly i had to request a fan it helped a little. the bathroom lacked basic toiletries like a toothbrush. the towels were thin and felt a bit rough it was disappointing. i hoped for a better experience given the price

I found a large wet patch on the floor of the room. i returned from a night out to find the double bed converted to twin beds. the spa was tired and needed work. Peeling paint could be seen.
