The hotel has a beautiful modern design and is located conveniently close to city attractions. However, the service left much to be desired with long wait times at check-in and issues with the room not meeting expectations. The additional charges for parking are excessive considering the amenities offered. Room comfort was another big letdown, especially for a couple's stay.
Rooms

The room was spacious and modern, but we were disappointed to find two twin beds pushed together instead of a proper double bed, which made for an uncomfortable night.

I had a rather unsatisfactory stay at the hotel, which was highlighted by some service shortcomings and uncomfortable accommodations. While the location was really good, making it convenient to explore the city, the dining experience didn't live up to expectations. The staff tried their best, but there were just too many issues that detracted from the stay overall.
